RETURN POLICY

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us with 48 hours of the date delivered and receiving at 586.273.7695

Returns and Refunds:
  • There are no refunds or returns only exchanges on the following:
  • Perishable items ( unless bad)
  • Custom orders
  • Seasonal merchandise is considered a final sale unless damaged and limited to 14 days from the purchase date. Original or emailed receipt is required.
  • All sales are final on merchandise purchase “as-is” or with a “damage” or "finale sale" discount.
  • Items returned with no proof of purchase
  • No refunds on used items.

Exchanges:
  • Due to COVID-19, Fed Ex & USPS return shipments may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Shipping, surcharges, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Purchases made at any of our stores can be returned or exchanged at our store within 45 days of the original purchase date. On The Bay Rewards members have 60 days from the original purchase date to return or exchange your purchase.

We will gladly accept unworn and unwashed merchandise (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant or wear, or smell of cigarette smoke, pet hairs, odors, etc), all items must be in the original condition with all product tags attached within 30 days from the shipped date.

For merchandise in its original condition, we will provide an exchange or refund in the original form of payment with your original or emailed receipt.

If your receipt is older than the allowed return time frame, we will provide an exchange or refund in the form of a merchandise credit for the current selling price.

It is important we ask for your name and number at time of purchase so that we always have your receipt for you.

Without a receipt, we'll provide an exchange or merchandise credit for the current selling price and product availability.

For returns of a store purchase, cash refunds are subject to store funds and may be paid via mail as a check.

Return shipping and delivery fees, plus any applicable oversize surcharge fees, will be deducted from the total refund. Shipping, In-Home Delivery, surcharges, delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.

Because of the fragile nature of many On The Bay Custom items, extra care should be taken to ensure that a package arrives at our boutique in the same condition as you received it.

*Please note that exact colors of merchandise can vary due to lighting and computer resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These do not qualify as damaged or defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if the merchandise is returned to our warehouse.
