Shipping Policy



*Receive Free Shipping on orders of $50.00 or more , use coupon code FREESHIP50 at checkout.

Free shipping offers do not apply to clearance items. Free Shipping promotions are only valid for shipping

addresses in the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, military and air

force bases. Promotions are not valid for cash or cash equivalent and cannot be applied to previous

purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts. Qualifying amount applies to merchandise

only, excluding Gift Cards. Applicable taxes, shipping rates, and $5.00 handling charge  will be added.

On The Bay Customs has the right to cancel this promotion at any time.


Shipping:

We ship United States Postal Service from New Baltimore Michigan.

(USPS) Standard shipping rates apply.




Damaged Shipments

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please call us with 48 hours of the date delivered and received at 586.273.7695



Delivery Process

*Our Delivery is based on the availability of merchandise. Some of our products are IN-STORE PICK UP ONLY, while other products may be custom made and may take time. You will see that in the description at time of checkout.


Most orders will SHIP OUT within 2 to 3 working days after we have received your order. (not including Saturday or

Sunday) for delivery of orders within the U.S.


Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless damaged. Special custom orders may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation. A credit will be issued as soon as we

receive and process your return.


Shipping Destination

If you are ordering from On The Bay Customs for the first time or ordering within 30 days of your first

order, your order must ship to the billing address of the credit card. We must have a street address or

“911″ rural route address. USPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes.
