After Your Order Arrives
Inspect your parts when they arrive. Your packing slip can answer the most frequently asked questions. If you still have a question, call our customer service line at 1-(586) 273-7695. When you call, they’ll need the following information: customer number (located on invoice above your name), name & address with which the order was placed, order date, invoice number (in the confirmation email and invoice), the part number(s) ordered.

Damaged Shipments
If the package you receive is damaged in shipping, do not refuse delivery. Contact On The Bay Customs and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Delivery Process
Delivery is based on availability of parts. Please allow 7 to 10 working days (not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery of orders within the U.S.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.

Shipping Destination

If you are ordering from On The Bay Customs for the first time or ordering within 30 days of your first order, your order must ship to the billing address of the credit card. We must have a street address or “911″ rural route address. UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico (1st Class or 2nd Day Air only) are based on weight and size of merchandise.

How to Return an Order:


Return the product in the original box with the invoice number marked on the outside.
Package the returned items properly. When shipping the merchandise back to us, please wrap the product(s), place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package.
Include the completed return form with your return.
All returns must be sent pre-paid. We strongly suggest you ship by U.S. Mail using the pre-paid return label or by UPS Ground. All foreign returns must be authorized in advance. No collect shipments will be accepted.
Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we’ll assist you with a refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within Thirty days of the original purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
